Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Insurance Company’s shareholders gave the go-ahead to pay 20% dividends or 20 fils per share for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividends issue works out to a total of AED 23.1 million.
Shareholders also approved FY15 financial statements and amendments to the articles of association in accordance with the new commercial law.
